With the online foundation isolation sizing tool, Fabreeka provides the user with an unbinding sizing tool
only. The sizing tool shall not replace a consultation on the usability of the products. Fabreeka excludes
any warranty as to the correctness of the indications.
The sizing tool is the intellectual property of Fabreeka and protected by copyright law. It is subject to the
protection of the copyright laws of the USA, of the international contract conditions and the applicable
laws of those countries, in which the sizing tool is used.
The use of the online sizing tool is without warranty and unbinding. Fabreeka excludes any warranty as to
the performance and results, achieved from the use of the sizing tool.
Neither Fabreeka nor its various agents shall be liable for direct and indirect damages, including losses of
profit, resulting from the use of the online sizing tool.
Those exclusions and limitations of liability shall not apply for damages, resulting from an intent or gross
negligence on the part of Fabreeka.
These conditions of use are subject to the material law of the USA. Place of jurisdiction for all litigations
arising from and in relation to the use of the Fabreeka sizing tool shall be in Massachusetts, USA.
