Fabreeka® Precision-Aire™ PAL Pneumatic Isolators

The Fabreeka® Precision-Aire™ Leveling PAL series pneumatic vibration isolation system uses servo controlled air springs. The isolators are ideally suited for conditions where height control and vibration control must co-exist.

The standard line of PAL isolators has natural frequencies of 2.7 Hz and 1.5 Hz vertically; however, natural frequencies as low as 0.5 Hz can be obtained from custom systems.

The natural frequency and isolation efficiency of the PAL isolators remain constant throughout their load range. The PAL isolators are supplied with a control panel, automatic height control valves, tubing and all other pneumatic accessories necessary for complete system installation.

Fabreeka® Precision-Aire™ PAL Isolators Description

A complete PAL system consists of a minimum of three master isolators to which any number of support isolators may be added.

The pneumatic circuitry can be installed easily by using the non-metallic tubing and fittings supplied with the system.

The PAL isolators, once commissioned, are virtually maintenance free. The system reacts quickly to changes in the supported load and center of gravity shifts by automatically re-leveling. Manual adjustment may be necessary only if excessive variations of supported load criteria change significantly.

A vibration site survey/analysis will determine the levels of vibration existing at your site, which is essential for proper vibration control recommendations to be made.
