Following are some of the products and services that Fabreeka® will exhibit at IMTS in September. Fabreeka® offers a broad range of active and passive pneumatic isolators and systems for low frequency isolation applications. The links that are included in the following paragraphs will take you to the product section of our website, where you will find more detailed information on each product. Please use your back button to return to the IMTS section.

Isolation Tables and Platforms

Fabreeka's® PAT-type isolation tables provide a self-leveling work surface and low frequency isolation in laboratories, cleanrooms and inspection areas where footfall and structural vibration can decrease performance reliability and accuracy. The work surface is isolated by four pneumatic isolators which have a vertical and horizontal natural frequency as low as 1.5 Hz. Leveling valves provide accurate, repeatable leveling of the work surface. The pneumatic isolators utilize laminar flow damping, which improves settling after movement and stability for varying load conditions. Low Frequency Pneumatic Isolators

The Fabreeka® PAL series pneumatic vibration isolators are ideally suited for conditions where height control and vibration control must co-exist. The natural frequency and isolation efficiency of the PAL isolators remain constant throughout their load range. The PAL isolators are supplied with a control panel, automatic height control valves, tubing and all other pneumatic accessories necessary for complete system installation. Click for more detailed specifications for our Fabreeka® Precision-Aire™ PAL Isolators or for Custom Systems manufactured utilizing PAL isolators.

Machine Mounts and Isolation Pads

Fabcel® pads are manufactured from a high-quality elastomer molded into 18" x 18" scientifically designed vibration and shock isolation pads. Fabcel® pads may be cut to sizes smaller than 18" x 18" or placed side by side for areas larger than 18" x 18" and stacked for softer systems. The Fabcel® pad surfaces have patented molded recessed offset cells to allow flow of the elastomer when under load, while maintaining lateral stability. Click for more detailed specifications for our Fabcel® pads.

Fabcel® LeveLers provide superior shock and vibration isolation while eliminating the need to grout or bolt equipment to the floor. Fabcel® LeveLers are designed for fast, simplified and precise leveling. The standard series Fabcel® LeveLers can be supplied for load ranges from 35 lbs to 450 lbs per mount. Fabcel® Swivel LeveLers can be supplied for maximum load ranges of 2,100 lbs to 8,400 lbs per mount. If supplied with a patented Fabcel® pad, the mount will control shock, vibration and will not allow equipment to creep. Click for more detailed specifications for our Fabcel® LeveLers.

Fabcel® Lev-L® Mounts provide superior shock and vibration isolation while eliminating the need to grout or bolt equipment to the floor. Fabcel® Lev-L® mounts are designed for fast, simplified and precise leveling. Depending upon your particular requirements, Fabcel® Lev-L® mounts can be supplied in load ranges from 125 lbs to 12,000 lbs per mount with a separate bolt, or in load ranges from 300 lbs to 25,000 lbs per mount with integral bolt. Click for more detailed specifications for our Fabcel® Lev-L® Mounts.

Pneumatic Isolation Mounts

Fabreeka's® PLM series vibration and shock isolators provide both attenuation of disturbing vibration and equipment leveling. For vibration control applications, the pneumatic portion of these mounts provides isolation of vibration occurring at frequencies above 5.0 Hz. For shock or impact applications, the outer elastomeric wall construction provides a high deflection shock mount. A low natural frequency (3.0 Hz) can be maintained by utilizing an external spacer to prevent "bottom out" condition. Vibration Measurement & Analysis

Fabreeka® Engineers use highly accurate instrumentation to quantify the amplitude and frequency of disturbing vibration and shock inputs in order to make isolation recommendations. Click for more detailed specifications on our Vibration Measurement and Analysis services.

Foundation Isolation

In some applications, it is not feasible to mount equipment directly on vibration isolators. INFAB™ elastomeric (rubber) isolators provide low frequency isolation from induced shock and vibration for applications requiring support foundations and inertia blocks. Fabreeka® INFAB™ vibration isolation systems are comprised of molded elastomer, which has been designed to provide low frequency isolation for foundation isolation applications. Click for more detailed specifications on our INFAB™ Foundation Isolation.

FABSORB™ foundation isolation material is an effective vibration isolation material that has been specifically designed for vibration isolation applications of support foundations for machine tools, shock testing equipment, grinders, etc. FABSORB™ material absorbs machine induced energy, limits the transmission of higher frequency disturbances and provides isolation from ambient and induced shock and vibration, which otherwise would affect the accuracy of the machine being installed. Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's) Isolation

The measuring speed and accuracy of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's) are improving every year. Newer CMM's are being designed and built to be shop floor "hardened" so they can function with repeatability right on the production floor. Vibration is one environmental factor which can compromise a CMM's accuracy and repeatability.
