Following are some of the products and services that Fabreeka® will exhibit at IMTS in September. Fabreeka® offers a broad range of vibration and shock isolation system solutions for your application. Fabreeka® Shock Isolation Pads

Fabreeka® pads, washers, bushings and OEM parts are scientifically designed and manufactured from materials composed of layers of tightly twisted, closely woven lightweight duck. Each layer is thoroughly impregnated with an elastomeric compound containing mold and mildew inhibiting agents and is impervious to oil and most chemicals. Designed for long service life in impact or vibration applications, Fabreeka® pads have great strength, up to 12,000 psi, and exceptionally high damping. Fabreeka® pads absorb impact shock and reduce the destructive effects of vibration and structure-borne noise. Machine Mounts and Isolation Pads

Fabcel® pads are manufactured from a high-quality elastomer molded into 18" x 18" scientifically designed vibration and shock isolation pads. Fabcel® pads may be cut to sizes smaller than 18" x 18" or placed side by side for areas larger than 18" x 18" and stacked for softer systems. The Fabcel® pad surfaces have patented molded recessed offset cells to allow flow of the elastomer when under load, while maintaining lateral stability. Fabcel® LeveLers provide superior shock and vibration isolation while eliminating the need to grout or bolt equipment to the floor. Fabcel® LeveLers are designed for fast, simplified and precise leveling. The standard series Fabcel® LeveLers can be supplied for load ranges from 35 lbs to 450 lbs per mount. Fabcel® Swivel LeveLers can be supplied for maximum load ranges of 2,100 lbs to 8,400 lbs per mount. Fabcel® Lev-L® Mounts provide superior shock and vibration isolation while eliminating the need to grout or bolt equipment to the floor. Fabcel® Lev-L® mounts are designed for fast, simplified and precise leveling. Depending upon your particular requirements, Fabcel® Lev-L® mounts can be supplied in load ranges from 125 lbs to 12,000 lbs per mount with a separate bolt, or in load ranges from 300 lbs to 25,000 lbs per mount with integral bolt. Pneumatic Isolation Mounts

Fabreeka's® PLM series vibration and shock isolators provide both attenuation of disturbing vibration and equipment leveling. For vibration control applications, the pneumatic portion of these mounts provides isolation of vibration occurring at frequencies above 5.0 Hz. For shock or impact applications, the outer elastomeric wall construction provides a high deflection shock mount. A low natural frequency (3.0 Hz) can be maintained by utilizing an external spacer to prevent "bottom out" condition. Foundation Isolation


In some applications, it is not feasible to mount equipment directly on vibration isolators. INFAB™ elastomeric (rubber) isolators provide low frequency isolation from induced shock and vibration for applications requiring support foundations and inertia blocks. Fabreeka® INFAB™ vibration isolation systems are comprised of molded elastomer, which has been designed to provide low frequency isolation for foundation isolation applications. FABSORB™ foundation isolation material is an effective vibration isolation material that has been specifically designed for vibration isolation applications of support foundations for machine tools, shock testing equipment, grinders, etc. FABSORB™ material absorbs machine induced energy, limits the transmission of higher frequency disturbances and provides isolation from ambient and induced shock and vibration, which otherwise would affect the accuracy of the machine being installed. Isolation Solutions for Metalworking Equipment


Fabreeka® and Fabcel® pads have been successfully used on this category of equipment either as OEM parts or after-market parts. The pads function 1) to reduce shock in the form of bumpers or mounting pads, or 2) to reduce vibration as mounting pads or within the machine's structure. Fabcel® Lev-L® mounts are used to compensate for uneven floors while isolating the environment from disturbances caused by the machinery as it is in use.

Fabreeka® washers placed under the anchor bolt washer are required with all mounting pads. If complete "short-circuiting" of vibration is required, then Fabreeka® bushings must be placed over the length of the anchor bolt that passes through the machine foot.

Isolation Solutions for Forging Hammers and Presses

Fabreeka® has provided shock isolation for forging hammers and presses since 1953. The Fabreeka® pad is widely used in forging hammers to absorb the energy of the blow and protect the hammer supporting structure.
Fabreeka® pads, isolation mounts and coil spring isolators offer a solution for any hammer or press installation.
