There are many applications in the Railroad / Mass Transit industry where Fabreeka® pads are an ideal solution to reduce impact shock and vibration. Some of these applications include: tie pads on the rails particularly at stations; pads to cushion railroad crossings; pads at various locations to reduce structure-borne noise, shock and vibration on railroad cars; pads under rails on steel railway bridges; and pads at a variety of locations on railroad locomotives and cabooses.
