Fabreeka's® isolation systems prevent disturbing shock and vibration from causing structural damage or acoustic discomfort for occupants in buildings and other structures. Many buildings have been successfully isolated using Fabreeka's® products such as concrete column bases with 1-1/2" thick Fabreeka® pads, elevated subway platforms with Fabreeka® pads, parking garages and large air conditioners. Our SBX expansion bearings provide a durable sliding surface with a low coefficient of friction to allow for thermal expansion and contraction in buildings, which includes a bearing pad to help compensate for rotation. The structural expansion bearings can be used in all steel and concrete structures.
