EPM

FAB-EPM (Regufoam) material is a polyurethane elastomer specifically designed to provide low frequency vibration isolation for foundation isolation applications.

FAB-EPM material is manufactured in a wide range of types, which allows for optimal loading to achieve increased isolator performance.

FAB-EPM material can be supplied and used in full sheet form, strips or even blocks. However, when used in full sheet form, the material becomes the base formwork for the concrete foundation. This advantage creates a simple construction method.

• The natural frequency of FAB-EPM is dependent on load and type of material and ranges from 6 Hz to 40 Hz.
• The damping rate of FAB-EPM is 7% - 15% of critical.
• FAB-EPM is impervious to most chemicals, alkaline solutions and oils.
• FAB-EPM is supplied in rolls 5' x 16" and in 1/2" and 1" thicknesses.
